Make High Tea at the Inn the setting for your next book club meeting, bridal shower or birthday celebration. In addition to our exquisite collection of only the finest teas, a High Tea at the Inn features six savory mini courses guaranteed to delight and charm. The English Conservatory can be set formally or with an eclectic assortment of antique plate ware. Additionally, High Tea can be served by our staff as a sit down event or made available in a buffet style. Each High Tea is offered with two choices of tea from a wide selection of flavors. We are often able to accommodate special requests. A selection of Virginia and other wines, beer, and soda is also offered on premise. Lists of these offerings will be provided upon request.
To hold a Tea at the Inn, we simply require a 72 hour minimum notice to reserve the date; however this small window may result in some menu option adjustments. Due to the special nature of our preparations and facilities, the Inn at Old Virginia limits our offering of Private Teas to parties of between 15-50 persons. We will also be happy to discuss with you our varying options for accommodating groups larger than 50 persons. Based on the size and timing of the event, an Advance Deposit and/or Event Agreement may be necessary.
