The Inn at Old Virginia provides a wonderful setting for your upcoming rehearsal or anniversary dinner, Sunday brunch, or indoor reception.  When booking the Inn for your event, you will have access to the common areas of the Main House and Glass Atrium, as well as the Patios and Lawn (weather permitting).

The one-of-a-kind Glass Atrium can accommodate 30 guests for a seated meal; while utilizing the Atrium as well as the main floor of the House, 50 guests can be accommodated  if serving heavy hors d’oeuvres.  In addition, the main level of the House provides warm ambiance and an inviting place to relax and spend quality time with your guests.

We will be happy to work with your caterer to provide a seamless setup for your event.  The caterer will have access to our commercial kitchen and clean up area.  Your event booking also includes the availability of the Inn’s tables, chairs, Lenox China*, Gorham Sterling Silverware*, glassware*, and basic white linens.


Facility and Security Deposit:  A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to secure the event date.  This deposit will be applied toward the event total, and the balance is due one week prior to the date of the event. Any additional charges incurred must be paid at the end of the event.  No tentative dates will be set.  Event time and dates will be agreed upon and the terms will be set forth in the signed agreement.   A valid credit card number is required for the security deposit one week prior to the date of the event.  A thorough inspection of the Inn will be done after the event and if no damage has occurred, the card will not be charged.
