INN AT OLD VIRGINIA POLICIES & INFORMATION:
Deposits: An advance deposit equal to the first night’s lodging including tax is required for all reserved rooms. Those desiring to book multiple rooms are asked to contact the Inn directly.
Payment Methods: The Inn accepts all major credit cards: Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover, as well as Cash or Check.
Cancellation Policy: A $15 Cancellation Fee will be charged for all cancellations. Lodging deposits will be refunded minus the Cancellation Fee for cancellations occurring up to 7 days prior to arrival. If cancelling within 7 days, the Inn will issue a Gift Certificate in the amount of the deposit minus the Cancellation Fee. Certificates expire after one year. All cancellations must be received by phone.
Check-In/Check-Out: Check-In is between 3:00 pm and 6:00 pm. Check-Out is no later that 11 am.
Pets: We have two pet friendly rooms available in the Barn. Please request our list of “suggestions” for four-legged guests and their owners. Pre-notification is required. There is a $15 Pet Friendly Fee /Night (1-2 pets)
Children: Children are permitted to stay when accompanied by an adult. Pre-notification is required for children under 10. Whenever possible, we try to give families with children additional privacy so all of our guests have a restful stay. A $15 Extra Person Fee /Night applies over double occupancy.
Smoking: The Inn is a smoke-free environment. If you wish to smoke, ashtrays will be provided for outdoor use only. If it is determined that smoking has occurred in a Guestroom, a $200 Cleaning Fee will be charged.
Breakfast: A full breakfast is served daily in the Main House, and is included in the room rate.
Bathrooms: Each room has a private, well-appointed bathroom.
Wi-Fi: Passcode protected Wi-Fi is available at no charge.
Innkeeper: There is a full time, resident Innkeeper.
