Inn at old Virginia policies & information:

Deposits:  A deposit is required for all reserved rooms.  For standard lodging the deposit equals the cost of the first night's lodging (including tax).  If all the rooms at the Inn are being reserved, the first night's deposit for ALL rooms will be required 120 days prior to the date.  Otherwise, it will be the responsibility of the Host to make payment.

Payment Methods: 
The Inn accepts all major credit cards: Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover, as well as Cash or Check.

Cancellation Policy: 
Lodging deposits are refundable up to 7 days prior to check-in.  If cancelling within the 7 days, the Inn will issue a gift certificate in the amount of the deposit.  Certificates expire after 1-year.

Check-In is between 3:00 pm and 6:00 pm.  Check-Out is not later than 11:00 am.

  Yes, we have two pet friendly rooms available in the Barn.  Please request our list of"suggestions" for four-legged guests and their owners.  Pre-notification is required.

  Children are permitted to stay when accompanied by an adult.  Whenever possible, we try to give families with children additional privacy so all of our guests have a restful stay.  A $15/person fee applies over double occupancy.

The Inn is a smoke-free environment.  If you wish to smoke, ashtrays will be provided for outdoor use only.

  A full breakfast is served daily in the Main House, and is included in the room rate.

  Each room has a private, well-appointed bathroom.

  Yes, passcode protected Wi-Fi is available at no charge.

  There is no resident innkeeper, however, we maintain daily office hours for our guests.
